These are draft terms for Alendesk’s early-access service and remain under legal review.

Early access
Alendesk helps businesses read customer orders from pasted email text and spreadsheets, compare them with a catalog, and review issues before approval. It does not receive orders automatically from an email inbox or read PDFs or images today. During early access, the service is provided as-is and as available. Features may change, and interruptions or errors may occur.
Your responsibility for orders
You are responsible for maintaining accurate catalog and customer data and for reviewing and approving every order. Check products, quantities, units, prices and delivery details before using or exporting an order. Alendesk does not send orders to customers or external systems automatically.
No extraction warranty
Automated reading of email text and spreadsheets may miss or misinterpret information. AI reading is not enabled today. We do not warrant extraction accuracy or that every issue will be detected. The service does not replace your judgment or your responsibility to verify each order.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in information secure and grant workspace access only to authorized people. Upload only data you have the right to use. Do not use Alendesk for unlawful activity, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access to another workspace, interfere with the service, or bypass security controls.
Your data
You retain your rights to data you provide. You allow us and our service providers to process it only as needed to operate Alendesk. Our draft Privacy Policy describes the data we store and how to request deletion.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account or workspace deletion at hello@alendesk.com. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks or discontinuation of early access. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to retrieve your data, unless doing so would create a security or legal risk.
